RIDGEWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION

Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on November 8, 2010

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors was called to order at
3:00 PM at the home of Dave and Judi Palmer. Board members in
attendance were President Dave Palmer, Vice President Bim Hastings,
Treasurer Ralph Legg, Secretary Kathie Isaac-Luke, Ridgette
Chairperson Carole Robinson, Don Nester, (Webmaster,) Conny Simonis
(Newsletter editor,) and Marty Gerbasi (Architectural Control
Committee member.)

Minutes of the last regular meeting of September 13 were approved
and accepted.

TREASURER'S REPORT:  Ralph Legg reported a positive balance. Dues have
been collected from 91 homeowners, which reflects 62% of property
owners. This represents a slight decrease in membership from last
year, when there were 95 members. Postage and copies were $135.00
under budget due to some homeowners electing to receive the newsletter
by email. The Treasurer's report was accepted as presented.

BLOCK CAPTAIN COMMITTEE REPORT:  Dave Palmer reported that a block
captain is still needed for Block 1. Dave Palmer is temporary chair of
that block and will continue to try to recruit a volunteer. A current
phone tree still needs to be set up.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE REPORT: Marty Gerbasi reported that Sandy
Fisher accepted appointment to the ACC to replace Joan Bergsund, who
moved to Tiburon.

Ralph Legg said he had spoken with a homeowner on Stine Ct. about
contacting the ACC for information about improvements they are
planning.  On Sept. 14 Dave Holton sent them an e-mail explaining the
CC&Rs and offering our help with their plans. As of this date, Dave
has not yet heard back from them.

A new homeowner on Parkridge Drive has plans to add a fence and
storage building. The ACC is sending him a letter about the RNA,
CC&Rs, and offering to discuss these plans.

WEBSITE COMMITTEE REPORT:  Don Nester reported that the website, which
had previously had some access problems is now fully functional.
Don will post an updated members list and updated propane prices.

CC&R COMMITTEE:  This committee had nothing to report.

RIDGETTES:  Carole Robinson reported that the next meeting of
Ridgettes would be a tamale making party at the home of Cori Frank on
November 17. A fee will be charged for the purchase of supplies.
Carole has sent an email with details to the Ridgettes.

NEWSLETTER: Conny Simonis reported that the next newsletter would be
sent in January. The deadline for submitting items for the newsletter
is January 10, 2011.

NEW BUSINESS: Dave Palmer reported that the Ridgewood Neighborhood
Association December meeting/party will be at Al & Fran Avilla's home
on Sunday December 12 starting at 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.  A postcard will
be sent to homeowners informing them of the party.

OLD BUSINESS: It was reported that a letter was sent to a homeowner on
Crestridge Drive regarding a drainage problem caused by berry brush
growth.
The homeowner promptly took care of the problem and that issue had
been resolved.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, February 7, 2011 at
the home of Carole and Richard Robinson.

As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:40 PM.

Respectfully Submitted,

Kathie Isaac-Luke,
Secretary
