Minutes of the last regular meeting, August 22, 2011 were accepted.

TREASURER’S REPORT:  Sandy reported the Association’s balance is to the positive.  Recent expenses were for the Summer Party and printing.  So far 14% of homeowners have paid 2012 dues.  2011 membership is down by 30 people from 2010.  Discussion was about how to remind neighbors that their dues have not been paid for 2012.  A reminder sticker will be place on unpaid members’ next newsletter along with an email reminder.

 COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Neighborhood Watch/Block Captains:  Glen Mutch will be the new Block Captain for Block #10.  A Block Captain is still needed for Block #1.

NEW BUSINESS:

*--A 2011/2012 snow removal plan has been made and two contractors will handle the job.  Peterson Excavation is one of the contractors.
